01. Agreement to Terms & Elegance in Service
These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at roxebeauty.com (the "Site") and all online purchases, editorial content, and services provided by ROXÉ Beauty ("ROXÉ", "we", "us", or "our").
By browsing our catalog, placing an order, joining the ROXÉ Inner Circle, or submitting a proposal to the ROXÉ Creator Circle, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.
02. Botanical Formulations, Purity & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
At ROXÉ, every cosmetic formulation is developed in France with the highest standards of clean beauty: 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free (never tested on animals), and free of toxic parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and heavy texturizers.
03. Orders, Pricing & Currency
All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges (if any) are calculated and transparently displayed at checkout prior to final payment submission.
- Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email indicates that your request has been logged. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of unforeseen inventory shortages, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Price Adjustments: Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is paid and confirmed, the price for that transaction is fixed.
04. Secure Payment Processing (Square)
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Square, Inc..
- By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- All payment credentials are tokenized directly through Square's Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant vault. ROXÉ does not store or process raw card numbers.
05. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery
We take pride in swift, meticulous parcel preparation. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our fulfillment centers.
- Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days. Complimentary priority shipping is provided on qualified orders and promotional Inner Circle codes.
- Tracking: Once your parcel departs our atelier, you will receive an automated shipping notification with real-time courier tracking details via email.
- Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. ROXÉ is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the client.
06. Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
ROXÉ accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Hygiene & Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, opened, used, tested, or swatched cosmetic products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item.
- Refunds & Shipping Charges: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by ROXÉ.

07. Promotional Codes, Inner Circle & Creator Program
Promotional codes (such as the INNERCIRCLE15 welcome gift) must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed orders and cannot be stacked with conflicting promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Participation in the ROXÉ Creator Circle or Brand Ambassador programs is subject to separate collaboration agreements and our brand guidelines. We reserve the right to review, accept, or decline applications at our creative discretion.
08. Intellectual Property Rights & Editorial Content
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the ROXÉ trademark, custom typography (Shoore, Noveau, Bodigako), product names (Sun Veil Balm Gloss, Soft Veil Blush Stick, Peptide Lip Treatment, Sculpting Lip Liner), photography, editorial journal essays, videos, and interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ROXÉ Beauty Paris and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, republication, modification, or commercial exploitation of any site material without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
09. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROXÉ Beauty provides the Site and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall ROXÉ, its founders, directors, or suppliers be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or website.
